Creator Drops Moderation Policy
How Promtexe handles submitted AI creator work, moderation, permissions, credits, and approved public drop pages.
Last updated: September 5, 2026
Moderation basics
- Users can submit work through the SUBMIT_DROP flow when it is available.
- A submitted drop is not published automatically.
- Promtexe may select, edit, reject, hold, or not publish a submission.
- Pending submissions are not public SEO pages and should not be indexed.
What Creator Drops are
Creator Drops are curated AI creator submissions and selected visual or workflow artifacts that may be shown on Promtexe.
Creator Drops are intended to highlight useful, interesting, or culturally relevant AI work. They are not an automatic public posting system.
Submission review
Users may submit work through the SUBMIT_DROP flow when that feature is available.
Submission does not guarantee publication. Promtexe may select, edit, reject, hold for review, or choose not to publish a submission for quality, rights, safety, relevance, format, or editorial reasons.
Rights and permissions
Submitters should only send work they created, control, or have permission to submit.
Submissions should not include infringing material, private information, impersonation, deceptive claims, malware, spam, or content that violates applicable platform rules or the Acceptable Use Policy.
The Creator Submission Terms explain creator ownership, the limited review and publication permissions, private-material boundaries, optional social choices, and removal requests.
Creator credit
If a Creator Drop is selected for publication, it may include creator credit, creator name or handle, social links, tool or model tags, style tags, and a short editorial description where appropriate.
Promtexe may edit titles, descriptions, tags, formatting, and presentation for clarity, safety, consistency, and site quality.
Indexing status
Pending submissions are not public SEO pages and should not be indexed.
Approved and published Creator Drops may have public, indexable pages when they have enough context, rights confidence, creator attribution, media quality, and editorial value.
This page explains the moderation approach. It does not mean that any individual submission has been approved or published.
Reports and takedowns
Creators or rights holders can contact Promtexe through Contact, Copyright / Trademark Notice, or Takedown Procedure if a submitted or published item raises rights or safety concerns.
