Editorial Policy

How Promtexe approaches AI news selection, sourcing, updates, corrections, and indexability.

Last updated: May 2026

Editorial principles

  • News is selected editorially rather than indexed automatically.
  • Drafts, test posts, thin entries, and pending items are not intended for search indexing.
  • Articles may include source links, publication dates, update dates, and corrections when available.

Selection

Promtexe selects AI news editorially. A published-looking entry in a database or internal workflow does not automatically mean it is approved for search indexing.

News may cover AI product releases, model updates, creator tools, visual culture, workflow shifts, and technology signals relevant to the Promtexe audience.

Drafts and test content

Drafts, test posts, placeholder content, incomplete records, and internal workflow entries are not intended to be indexed as public news pages.

Indexable news pages should have enough substance, a stable canonical URL, a useful summary or body, and editorial approval.

Sources and dates

Articles may link to source material, official announcements, product pages, or other references when those links are available and relevant.

Publication dates and update dates are used when available. If an article is updated, the visible page or structured data may reflect the latest known update date.

Updates and corrections

Promtexe may update, correct, expand, or remove news material when information changes, errors are found, or a page no longer meets public quality standards.

Corrections are handled practically and proportionally. Promtexe does not claim that every article is perfect, exhaustive, or produced by a formal newsroom.

AI-generated or automated summaries may be imperfect. The AI & Results Disclaimer explains that important information should be verified independently.
